Residents in a Fairview neighborhood are concerned about speeding drivers this summer. According to WLOS ABC News Channel 13, Spring Lake Drive, a dead-end road in a residential area, is notorious for speeders. Although the speed limit is posted at 25 miles per hour and there is also a “Children at Play” sign, drivers routinely speed through the area. One family recalled a near miss involving a speeding and possibly distracted driver. With school out, families are hoping to walks around the neighborhood safely with their children.
