Kristy H. Spence, NCCP
Kristy is a Certified Paralegal with over 24 years of experience working for personal injury law firms, and with 14 of those years at Davis Law Group, Kristy is a highly trained and experienced paralegal. She has a background and interest in studio art and she often uses her artistic talents in her work for the firm’s clients. She provides valuable insight in both exhibit creation and production, as well as the preparation of PowerPoint and other presentations for both mediation and trial.
Kristy also has a special interest in insurance subrogation and insurance and health care provider liens. Kristy has attended numerous continuing legal education seminars on liens and subrogation interests and she puts her experience to work for clients once a case is resolved by expertly analyzing the issues related to lien negotiation and reduction.
Kristy is also very active in the Paralegal Division of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. She has held several leadership positions within the organization and is a sought- after speaker and teacher for continuing education courses for certified paralegals and legal assistants. She is a leader within her profession.

Personal Life
Kristy grew up outside of Raleigh, NC and works remotely for the firm, traveling to the Asheville office monthly for case review meetings. She received her undergraduate degree from Meredith College in studio art and her paralegal degree from Durham Technical Community College.
In her spare time, Kristy enjoys art projects and spending time with her family on their farm outside of Raleigh.
