Last week, there was a single-vehicle injury crash in Henderson County. According to WLOS ABC News Channel 13, the incident happened on Butler Bridge Road at Yadkin Road, sometime before 10:00 a.m. For currently unknown reasons, a pickup truck left the roadway, plowed through a mailbox and hit a tree. First responders had to extricate one of the passengers from the wreckage. That person was transported to Mission Hospital.

Two other people were transported to Park Ridge Hospital for treatment of injuries. Thankfully, their injuries were described as non-life threatening. There has been no word on the cause of the crash, which is likely still under investigation with law enforcement officials.
