Injuries From Truck Accidents

In 2015, there were an estimated 87,000 large trucks involved in injury crashes in the U.S. Depending upon a variety of factors and the severity of the crash, injuries resulting from truck crashes can run from mild or moderate to severe, catastrophic and even fatal. Smaller passenger occupant vehicles are outmatched in crashes involving commercial vehicles that can weigh more than 26,000 lbs.

Truck accidents can put people in the hospital and out of work, or worse. Recovering from injuries can take weeks, months or even years. In some cases, truck accidents can leave lifelong scars, injuries, and pain for survivors. If you have been injured by the dangerous or negligent actions of a truck driver or trucking company, you may be entitled to compensation to pay for medical bills, lost wages and other expenses associated with the crash.
