A report from WLOS ABC News Channel 13’s Facebook page indicated a crash involving a semi truck happened on Dogwood Road in Candler this morning. Very few details were released, but we do know that crews were expected to be in the area cleaning the wreckage and clearing the road for hours.
Although there’s been no comment on the cause of the crash, which may or may not have included icy conditions, the truck appeared to leave the roadway. There’s no word on whether or not any other vehicles were involved or if any injuries were reported. Commuters were asked to avoid the area as first responders and crews worked the scene.
