On Tuesday, a driver accused of road rage in Asheville made his first court appearance. According to WLOS ABC News Channel 13, David Garren is facing charges of reckless driving and hit and run in connection with an incident that happened on Airport Road. WLOS ABC News Channel 13 recently spoke with Jordan Miller, the man that caught the erratic driving on camera. Not only did Garren cut off Miller’s vehicle twice, he also intentionally struck it. Garren had no comment when reporters reached out to him over the phone.
