Last week, a pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle on Haywood Road. According to WLOS ABC News Channel 13, the incident happened near Brevard Road. Very few details about the wreck have been released, but we do know that the pedestrian was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries. There has been no word on that person’s current condition or the extent of injuries involved. Additionally, no information has been released on whether or not the driver involved was cited.
