On Friday night, there was a crash involving a motorcycle and a car in Asheville. According to WLOS ABC News Channel 13, the incident happened on the Smokey Park Highway, sometime after 8:00 p.m. Very few details about the crash have been released, but we do know that the motorcycle rider was alert and conscious when first responders arrived on the scene. There has been no word on the cause of the crash, which could still be under investigation with local law enforcement authorities.
