On Monday night, two people were injured in a crash on Brevard Road. According to WLOS ABC News Channel 13, the wreck happened near the Blue Ridge Parkway at about 7:00 p.m. Very few details about the crash have been released, but we do know that it was a head-on collision between a Honda and a Toyota truck. A passenger in the Honda was ejected from the vehicle. That person was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
The driver of the Honda was reportedly charged with reckless driving. The driver in the truck was also transported to the hospital. There has been no word on the extent of injuries involved or on anybody’s current condition.
