A single-vehicle crash took the life of a Henderson County man last week. According to WLOS ABC News Channel 13, 20-year-old Nicholas Andrew Woodring lost control of his vehicle on NC 191 near Grand View Lane last Tuesday. The vehicle ran off of the roadway and struck several trees before overturning in a wooded area. Initially thought to be missing, a friend of the family’s found the vehicle in deep brush beside the roadway.
Although very few details have been released about the wreck, we do know that the crash probably happened between the hours of midnight and 3:00 a.m. The incident is likely still under investigation with local authorities.
