Another crash involving an overturned vehicle happened on I-26. Earlier this week, we reported on the semi truck that overturned in Polk County. This time, the vehicle in question was a SUV. The incident happened at about 10:00 a.m. on Thursday morning, in the eastbound lanes, near the exit for Brevard Road. According to WLOS ABC News Channel 13, at least two people were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries. Very little information about this crash has been released.
There’s no word on the cause of the wreck or whether or not any other vehicles were involved. Thankfully, emergency crews were quickly on the scene, and the injuries didn’t appear to be life threatening.
